Modexter 235 Standard – u value 0.15

Our Standard factory insulated closed panel includes:

• 140mm timber frame stud wall with mineral wool insulation between studs
• 9mm OSB board which is externally sheathed and covered with a breather membrane
• 50mm PIR insulation
• Airtight/vapour check membrane

Modexter 235 Premium – u value 0.13

Our Premium factory insulated closed panel includes:

• 140mm timber frame stud wall with 120mm PIR insulation between studs
• 9mm OSB board which is externally sheathed and covered with a breather membrane
• 50mm PIR insulation
• Airtight/vapour check membrane
